MR. NARAYANLAL KALANTRI
Chairman and Technical Director
Mr. Kalantri has been Director of the Company since September 25, 1993. He is a qualified Mechanical engineer and currently dominates the company as technical director. At Shiva, he is responsible for enhancing the company’s manufacturing capabilities and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing processes. He has vast experience of almost more than 4 decades in the agro product & fertilizer industry.
His rich experience, expertise & immense contribution justifies his role in the growth of the Company.
MR. OMPRAKASH GILDA
Managing Director
Mr. Omprakash Gilda (70) is the Chairman of Shiva Global Agro Industries. A visionary who founded Shiva Global Agro Industries with the aim of improving agricultural practices, first in Maharashtra and then across the country, Mr. Gilda is a commerce graduate.
Mr. Gilda has over 43 years’ experience in the agro-product space. He is also on the Board of Shrinivasa Agro Food Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Gilda’s emphasis on research and commitment to quality has put Shiva Global Agro Industries on a high growth path.
MR. DEEPAK S. MALIWAL
Director (Finance & Operations)
Mr. Deepak S Maliwal (62) has been on the board of the company since its inception. A qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the fertilizer and agro-products industry, Presently he is also a Joint Secretary of Nanded Chamber of Commerce.
At Shiva Global Agro Industries he coordinates and ensures the smooth functioning of the group’s day-to-day operations.
MR. ARUN TOSHNIWAL
Director
Mr. Arun Toshniwal (61) has been a Technical Director on the Board of Shiva Global Agro Industries since inception. A chemical engineer, Mr. Toshniwal has over 33 years’ experience in the fertilizer segment. At Shiva Global Agro Industries, he coordinates the manufacturing operations of the company’s fertilizer business. His prominence expertise in Fertilizer segment has proven as a boon to Shiva Global Agro Industries towards achieving it prime objectives.
MRS. SANDHYA MAHESHWARI

Mrs. Sandhya Satish Maheshwari (56) is an independent Director at Shiva Global Agro Industries Ltd. She is a commerce graduate having 20 years of experience in administration, strategic planning and organisational developement.
MR. PRAKASH NIHALANI

Dr.Prakash Nihalani is Professor at IIMS, Nanded having teaching experience of more than 11 years. He is academic counselor of MBA & M.com Programs of I.G.N.O.U, New Delhi from March 2016. He has also served as contributory lecturer for MBA, M.Com, & DBM. He is recognized Faculty of MBA of YCMOU, Nashik and adjunct faculty at S.G.G.S.I.E. & T., Nanded.
His area of specialization includes Marketing Management and Managerial Economics. He has also been Sales Manager for 8 years, which equipped him with practical background and ground reality in the field of Marketing.
He has also authored many books and publications and also conducted many Seminars, Workshops and Conferences at National and International level.
DR. RAJESH AGRAWAL

Dr. Rajesh K Agrawal, is a Practicing Consultant, Radiologist & Sonologist at Lifeline Diagnostic Centre located at Doctor's Lane in Nanded and at Yashraj Diagnostic Centre at Yashosai Hospital in Kautha, Nanded. He has rich experience of more than 25 years in the field of Medicine and consultancy.
More than two decades of practice in the field of Medicine and Consultancy has equipped him with the better understanding of Management Principles. He has exceptional command over organization of Human Resource. His understanding of Management Principles and Human Resources has proved as an edge over rivals in the industry.
He is also fond of Literature and Philosophy. Apart from this, he has been pro- active on social and economic front of the society and public at large. He has dedicatedly worked on the upliftment of the economically weaker and backward section of the society.
MR. UMESH BANG
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Umesh Bang, a Chartered Accountant by profession has joined Shiva Global Agro since last 11 years. He is 34 years old and has good experience in Accounts, Audit and Taxation. At Shiva Global Agro he looks after the Account, Internal Audits and Tax Matters of Shiva and subsidiaries.

Mr. Ajay Sharma (60) is the Chief Executive (Marketing) at Shiva Global Agro Industries with over 30 years’ experience in marketing. His vast experience has helped Shiva Global Agro Industries increase its marketing activities to penetrate newer regions across India.

Personnel Manager
Mr. Dinkar Mahajan (59) is the Personnel Manager at Shiva Global Agro Industries. A double-graduate in Science with over 28 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Mr. Mahajan is helping build the team at Shiva through recruitment of some of the best brains in business. Besides HR, Mr. Mahajan looks after quality control at Shiva Global Agro Industries as well.

Production Manager (SSP & GSSP)
Mr. Udaybhan Singh (56) is the Production Manager (SSP & GSSP) at Shiva Global Agro Industries and has 27 years’ experience in the fertilizer and agro products space. He looks after the production of Shiva’s flagship SSP and GSSP fertilizers.
